AMS Metal is a company operating on international markets. A highly qualified staff is its key to success. The employees are carefully selected in a few stages of the recruitment process.The company systematically develops and expands the scope of its activity. Job offers can be found on the company’s website, but they can also be found through online portals cooperating in the field of acquiring staff. CV and Motivational Letter should be sent to: firstname.lastname@example.org.
Submitted application documents are analyzed by a recruitment committee that selects candidates. Please be advised that we are contacting selected people only.
Interview. Based on the application, the selected candidates are invited for the first interview. Its purpose is to identify needs, motivations and expectations, learn about work experience, skills and predispositions of candidate to perform work in a given position.
Second interview. Candidates who have successfully passed previous stages: evaluation of application and interview, will be invited to the second recruitment meeting with the company’s board’s representative. The purpose of this conversation is to deepen selected areas of professional activity and present working conditions. After completing this stage, the decision about employment is made.
