AMS METAL – OUR WORK IS OUR PASSION
Over two decades ago, in 1997, three metallurgy enthusiasts decided to combine their strengths and experience to establish a company whose name, AMS Metal, perfectly reflected their specialization. The name is derived from the first letters of the founders’ names, complemented by the key word for their industry – “metal”.
From the very beginning, the company has been involved in the recycling and recovery of metals, which has not only become its goal but also the cornerstone of its activities.
OUR BEGINNINGS – THE YEAR 1997
AMS METAL TODAY
Currently, we focus on trading aluminum and alloy steels, purchasing scrap, processing it into ready-to-use material, and then selling it primarily to steel mills and foundries, where it gets a second life. In addition to scrap trading, we also offer other services that complement our business and bring benefits to our clients.
Our company has a well-established position in the market and continues to grow, investing in new technologies and solutions that enhance the quality of our services and contribute to the protection of the natural environment.

Special Award from the Mayor of Siemianowice Śląskie
In August 2017, we celebrated the 20th anniversary of AMS Metal, proudly reflecting on the journey we have undertaken. On this occasion, the Mayor of Siemianowice Śląskie honored us with a Special Award for our significant contribution to the development of the local market.
AMS Metal on the List of 1000 Companies Inspiring Europe, Issued by LME
In 2018, the London Metal Exchange (LME) recognized AMS Metal by placing us on the list of 1000 companies that inspire Europe. Only 30 companies from Poland were included in this list of all dynamically developing firms.
Nomination for Personality of the Year
Our President – Mirosław Wróbel – was nominated for the “Personality of the Year 2023” award by the editorial board of “Dziennik Zachodni.” This prestigious recognition highlights his exceptional contribution to business development and the local community’s life. What sets Mirosław Wróbel apart is not only his excellent managerial skills but also his deep concern for the common good.
